Feroen Betts<\/strong>, a former baseball umpire who “called ’em as he saw ’em” over a span of 34 years will be the keynote speaker for this year’s Northeast Indiana Baseball Association (NEIBA) Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Banquet, to be held November 9th. Among Betts’ “vitctims” were Satchel Page, Carl Hubbell, Harry Heilmann and last year’s keynote speaker, Ned Garver, just to name a few.<\/p>\n
